Iran and Tajikistan to expand Rail Cooperation

CEO of Islamic Republic of Iran Railways Emphasizes Development of Rail Cooperation and Joint Capacities to Expand Transport and Trade Ties with Tajikistan in Meeting with Deputy Minister of Transport
In this meeting, Dr. Zakari, referring to the friendly and expanding relations between Iran and Tajikistan, described the development of rail cooperation as one of the key areas for strengthening the economic and transport ties between the two countries. He emphasized the continuation of consultations and joint interactions to make fuller use of the existing capacities.
He stated that close cooperation among the relevant officials and institutions of the two countries would facilitate communications, expand exchanges, and enhance bilateral collaboration.
During the meeting, Shayesteh Saeed Moradzadeh, Deputy Minister of Transport of Tajikistan, also underscored the growing relations between the two countries. He noted that the development of rail cooperation holds significant potential and stressed the need for ongoing joint interactions and consultations to further expand cooperation.
